Minutes for meeting held on Sunday 20th September 2026

Meeting opened at: 10:20am

Roll call: Absent: Rosey Macs Bar, Nomads @ Hollyfields

Chairman: Wecolmed everyone to 3rd Season of New League. Told New Teams to read rules and all information issued.
Congratulated all last Seasons Winners and Runners Up.
Still ironing out some small issues, but League proving to be successful.
Website continues to improve, Sam here to update and help solve any issues people may have.

Secretary’s report: Thanked for support, over last campaign. Explained hand outs.
Asked for info about parking, payments and age restrictions of each venue.
Welcomed everyone to new Season. New Teams told to read and adhere to Rules. Always ask for help if any problems.
Good Luck to everyone.

Treasurer’s Report: As per Statement of Accounts
Only debts owed by absentees

Competitions: Announced all Fixtures for all Cup Draws. First and Preliminary Rounds.
Members asked to fill in their own Fixture sheets as specified.

AOB: Reference Peter Smith on FaceBook, making accusations of “backhanders”
Talking about shitty little plastic things as raised oches etc.
Chairman requesting a formal apology.
Asked by Delegates what to do if no raised oche at Venue.
Stated all Venues and Teams must comply by rules.
If not then a claim made be made for the Result of that Fixture.
All Delegates present agreed that the Rules would be adhered to.
